We utilize a design-build concept in which the customer, architect and our design representative work cohesively, and closely, together from initial design stage to finished project. Each and every one of our custom homes begins with a uniquely designed floor plan that embodies, and resembles the dreams and desires you have for your custom home.
Our design team dedicates a great deal of time and attention to each and every phase of home construction to ensure all specifications are precisely met. Throughout the entire process, we provide a realistic estimate of the total cost that will ensure the project will be completed on time, and within budget. We provide a design contract that facilitates a seamless transition from the design phase to the construction phase of the project. At WES we utilize a tool we call the design contract. This tool helps us eliminate the hidden costs other home builders encounter, such as unforeseen condition issues, unnecessary cost overruns, and budget busting design creations. Our innovative design services are all included with our standard construction packages. After our design objectives are complete, we transfer all information to a construction contract while the permits are being processed.
